The menu created is custom made for each individual client's likes and needs.
When we are creating your menu, you will receive a preference sheet where you can tell me what you like, what you don't like, and what allergies you (or someone in your party might have).
Of course. If you have any questions about the dishes, their preparation, or have any wild ideas on how you want the event to come together, just contact us through email.
It depends on the size of the party and the overall experience we are going for.

Do not worry! We will refund you and will help you find another date and service with similar conditions to those previously agreed upon, if you should so desire. For more information, please review our policies at the end of this page.
You can cancel at no cost up to 48 hours prior to the event day. For more information, please check the cancellation policy at the end of this page.
When you request the menu, you will get the opportunity to select the size of your party before making a reservation. You do not have to decide on the exact number of diners, instead you can pick an approximate range. Once you have picked the menu and made a reservation, you will have to give out the final number of diners.

Policies

The Following Will Familiarize You With Our Policies:
  • The charges for Barazarte Group upon services are based on a flat daily rate. This rate does not include the cost of groceries.

  • Any proposed menu options will be submitted to you 48-72 hours before we come to cook for you. You may accept the offer by email or by telephone confirming that you have received and accepted the menu provided. If you would like additional menu ideas or changes, please let us know as soon as possible. All menu changes must be submitted at least 24 hours before services will be provided.

  • By accepting the menu and our offer to provide the grocery and services, you are entering a legal agreement between Barazarte Group and you for us to provide the meals as indicated on the menu and for your payment in accordance with this Contract.

  • Once you accept the menu, Barazarte Group will shop for all the necessary food items and ingredients and then prepare and cook the meals for you in your kitchen. You should ensure that the kitchen is clean and ready at the scheduled time and pets and children are out of the kitchen area.

  • To book your cook date, all payments must be made in advance of services. Food reimbursement charged on your credit card will be due on your cook date. You may also leave a check for food reimbursement to the chef on the day of service.

Changes / Cancellations:
  • Barazarte Group requires 48 hours advance notification of any change in service dates or cancellations. If 48 hours notice is not provided, you will incur a penalty of 100% of the quoted price, plus the cost of groceries (if already purchased).
